💼 About This Role

You'll join Docker's new AI Developer Tools team to build AI-powered developer tools that transform how developers write code, debug issues, and deploy applications. You'll architect production systems using LLMs and AI agents to accelerate developer workflows for 20 million users. Your work will shape both internal tools and commercial offerings for customers worldwide.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and ship production-ready AI agents and developer tools
• Build robust integrations with LLM APIs and orchestration systems
• Contribute to platform infrastructure for deploying AI tools
• Drive adoption of AI-native development within the engineering org

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building production-grade backend systems or developer tools
• Production experience with LLM APIs or AI agent development
• Proficiency in Go (preferred), Rust, Java, or Python
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, or platform infrastructure
