You'll lead go-to-market strategy and close high-touch multi-stakeholder deals for a climate tech company pioneering air pollution monitoring. Your impact will drive adoption of environmental intelligence by governments and utilities.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across public sector and utilities
- Build and scale a high-performance sales and business development team
- Design and implement pilot-to-program conversion frameworks
- Establish RFP/RFI systems and manage deal pipeline
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with government or regulated industries
- Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
- Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Deep network in government agencies or utilities

- Experience selling climate or environmental technology solutions
- Background in scientific or technical product sales
- Familiarity with government procurement and regulatory processes
