💼 About This Role

You'll lead go-to-market strategy and close high-touch multi-stakeholder deals for a climate tech company pioneering air pollution monitoring. Your impact will drive adoption of environmental intelligence by governments and utilities.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead go-to-market strategy and execution across public sector and utilities
  • Build and scale a high-performance sales and business development team
  • Design and implement pilot-to-program conversion frameworks
  • Establish RFP/RFI systems and manage deal pipeline

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years of enterprise sales experience with government or regulated industries
  • Proven track record of closing multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles
  • Experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Deep network in government agencies or utilities

  • Experience selling climate or environmental technology solutions
  • Background in scientific or technical product sales
  • Familiarity with government procurement and regulatory processes
