You will architect and drive the development pipeline for high-quality game projects, ensuring predictable, efficient, and transparent delivery. Your role involves managing production standards, identifying risks, optimizing workflows across teams, and aligning priorities to turn team commitments into on-time releases.

Requirements

• 8+ years in game development with 3+ years managing PM teams
• Experience with full lifecycle of large, complex game projects
• Expert in agile development; PMP, ACP, or CSM certification preferred
• Proficient in Jira, Excel/Tableau, version control (Perforce/Git), and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Set production standards and manage progress, quality, pipeline efficiency, and team health
• Provide clear updates on project status and risks, escalating issues to stakeholders
• Develop and optimize cross-functional workflows and communication channels
• Align teams on schedules and priorities to ensure accountability and on-time delivery
