Description

You will serve as the single point of contact for all people matters within Business Operations (Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, etc.), partnering with leaders to drive people strategy, performance, engagement, and retention in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • MBA in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute
  • 8–15 years total experience with 5-8 years in core HRBP role
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales/Finance teams on incentives and variable pay
  • Strong expertise in performance management, employee relations, and engagement
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth tech/analytics environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SPOC for HR matters for assigned business unit
  • Align people strategy with business objectives and workforce planning
  • Drive performance management, goal setting, calibration, and development plans
  • Manage employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs and retention initiatives
