🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic leadership to clients on observability and automation.
• Assess observability platforms and recommend tool rationalization.
• Guide establishment of NOC/SOC/Digital Operations Center.
• Lead large-scale consulting engagements within scope and budget.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant field.
• 15+ years experience in management or technology consulting.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem and adjacent technologies.
• Deep knowledge of observability tools (Dynatrace, DataDog, LogicMonitor, etc.).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with automation tools like Harness, Terraform, Ansible.
• Industry expertise in healthcare, financial services, or manufacturing.
• Proven business development track record.
