🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee clinical project management across multiple studies and programs.
• Develop and implement standardized processes and operational frameworks.
• Collaborate with Portfolio and Finance teams for budgeting and forecasting.
• Lead and mentor Clinical Project Managers for team development.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of clinical project management in pharma/biotech/CRO.
• 7+ years of supervisory or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of drug development processes and clinical trial operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex clinical programs and budgets.

• Experience with Clinical Operations, Finance, and Portfolio Management.
