Description

You will own the Wavelo Biller, a configurable billing engine for telecoms, setting platform-level strategy, defining product behavior and guardrails, and partnering with engineering, operations, and solutions teams to balance flexibility and scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years technical product management with senior-level ownership of platform or financial systems
• Strong experience with billing, invoicing, payments, or accounting-adjacent platforms
• Agile environment experience translating complex product behavior into clear priorities
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architectures, microservices, and RESTful API design
• Familiarity with customer onboarding and post-sales technical support in SaaS or enterprise

Responsibilities

• Set and communicate platform-level product strategy for billing
• Translate complex billing behavior into clear product definitions and guardrails
• Evaluate use cases and requests, balancing flexibility, risk, and maintainability
• Partner with engineering, operations, and product managers to align on billing behavior
• Enable marketing with product-authored documentation and support customer onboarding
