Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant design experience
• Portfolio showcasing projects at various stages of design process including construction and design details
• Strong background in construction project management
• Confidence navigating complex schedules, vendor coordination, and on-site decision-making
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timeline, budget, and quality standards
• Create comprehensive design schemes and furniture plans including specifications of textiles, furnishings, tile, plumbing
• Develop and manage project schedules, task assignments, and deadlines for multiple projects
• Oversee customization of upholstery, window treatments, and furniture lines with material and cost trade-offs
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors; build proposals and execute orders with quality control
