Description

You will secure gates and buildings, patrol the premises, check vehicle authorization, and provide customer service at our auto auction facility. You'll play a key role in protecting associates, customers, and assets.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to handle conflict situations positively
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive various vehicles

Responsibilities

• Secure all gates and buildings and patrol the premises
• Verify only authorized individuals enter the property
• Check gate passes to ensure vehicles are authorized to exit
• Input vehicle information using a handheld device
• Greet customers and resolve complaints in a friendly manner
