You'll own the data vertical at Warp, building canonical data models and enabling data-driven decisions across all functions. Your core impact is turning raw product and business data into reliable metrics and actionable insights that directly shape product, growth, and revenue strategy. This high-autonomy role combines building durable data infrastructure with shipping high-impact analysis at a fast-growing AI developer tool.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define, build, and visualize core product and business metrics
• Design and analyze A/B experiments for product changes
• Build and maintain canonical data models as sources of truth
• Write production ETL and reverse-ETL for data ingestion

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years in an analytics-focused data role
• High fluency in SQL and dbt on a modern warehouse like BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift
• Experience building dashboards with BI tools like Hex, Looker, Mode, Tableau, or Metabase
• Ability to balance business intuition with engineering mindset (efficient queries, version control, CI/CD)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GCP data stack (GCS, BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc)
• Production-grade Python experience
• Experience on a data team at an early-stage startup
