You will build and lead a global hiring engine, working with leadership to translate business priorities into hiring strategy. Your focus is on scaling the company efficiently while maintaining high quality and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Build hiring strategy across regions and business lines
• Drive workforce planning with leadership to shape teams
• Define hiring standards and build frameworks (scorecards, structured interviews, calibration)
• Lead and develop a team of recruiters and sourcers
• Own key hiring metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership
