You'll build and scale modern digital experiences for card issuers, focusing on card security, financial management, and core payment processing. You'll work closely with leadership and the Axon Product team on Zeta's cloud-native platform used for issuing, processing, and lending. This role offers deep insight into card management systems and payment processing across global card networks.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and document detailed product requirements with cross-functional teams
• Engage in agile development including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Create comprehensive product documentation like user guides and release notes
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and competitor landscapes for product decisions
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure product quality

📋 Requirements

• 3-6 years in product management for fintech consumer products at scale
• Experience developing cloud-native mobile/web products with modern UI/UX
• Software engineering or technical background
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel or SQL

• MBA from a Tier 1 school
• Knowledge of APIs and their role in software development
