💼 About This Role

You'll build and scale the global operations engine for QSIC's intelligent in-store audio platform, overseeing hardware deployments, supply chain, and 24/7 tech support. You'll lead regional teams across Americas, APAC, and EMEA to ensure reliable, repeatable in-store installations for retailers from single stores to 100k+ locations. This role offers the chance to architect a function from the ground up in a fast-growing Series B company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead regional Operations organizations across AMERICAS, APAC, EMEA.
• Oversee end-to-end in-store installation programs for small format, enterprise, and franchise locations.
• Manage global field partners, installers, and on-site maintenance resources.
• Forecast hardware demand and optimize inventory and logistics.

📋 Requirements

• Experience leading global operations for hardware deployments at scale.
• Proven ability to build and lead regional teams across time zones.
• Expertise in vendor management and supply chain optimization.
• Experience with 24/7 network operations and customer support.
