🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage quality and efficiency of a verification specialist team
• Conduct ongoing training for insurance verification specialists
• Create and maintain training articles on processes and procedures
• Work with product and engineering to improve software and identify new features

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in Commercial Insurance lines of coverage
• Experience reading and interpreting Certificates of Insurance
• Experience training and coaching operational specialists
• Strong understanding of U.S. commercial lines insurance

• Product Management or Project Management experience
• International insurance experience
• Insurtech or procurement technology experience
