Description

Lead dynamic teams on challenging commercial, industrial, mission-critical, and water/wastewater treatment projects in the Southwest. You will prioritize safety and quality while supporting foremen and field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Emphasize a culture of exceptional safety and best-in-class quality to all foremen and craft.
• Support and develop Foremen, fostering a positive environment for craft and trade partners.
• Provide guidance to Field Engineer on survey and layout needs and scheduling.
• Assist Project Superintendent with schedule development, including pull plans and look-ahead schedules.
• Prepare work plans for critical work and facilitate detailed reviews with Field Engineer and Foreman.
