💼 About This Role

You'll build the financial function from scratch at a next-gen electric trucking carrier, creating models and frameworks that drive board-level decisions and operational excellence. As the first dedicated strategic finance hire, you'll own the financial narrative and communicate it to investors and leadership.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain the core financial model including revenue forecasting and scenario planning
• Own annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting with department heads
• Lead investor relations support and prepare board materials and fundraising data rooms
• Design KPI frameworks and operational dashboards for leadership visibility

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or FP&A at a high-growth startup
• Deep expertise building three-statement financial models and operating models from scratch
• Experience designing KPI frameworks and management reporting for decision-ready insight
• Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to executive and board-level audiences
