You will handle personal injury case files from start to finish, working collaboratively in a structured, team-based environment. Requirements

• Active license to practice law in Illinois
• Experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented and client-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Handle personal injury case files from inception through resolution
• Evaluate potential claims and provide legal guidance to clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, demand letters, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research on personal injury statutes and case law
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
