Description

You will partner with hiring managers and design leadership to define team needs, source and assess world-class design talent, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You'll develop strategies to attract diverse talent, track hiring metrics, and champion Brex's employer brand within the design community.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting for Product Design and Brand Design in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in AI tools and creative talent networks
• Ability to assess design portfolios and understand craft and systems thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Data-driven mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and outreach for design roles using recruiting platforms, creative communities, and social networks
• Screen and evaluate candidate portfolios for craft quality, systems thinking, and collaboration skills
• Partner with design leaders to calibrate craft standards and hiring bar
• Coordinate interview processes including portfolio reviews and design exercises
• Maintain accurate candidate data in recruiting systems and provide pipeline updates to stakeholders
