You'll perform home health visits providing occupational therapy to adult and geriatric patients. Your work helps clients remain independent at home by assessing functional status and developing individualized care plans. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team using a touch pad tablet for documentation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients' functional status
• Develop individualized intervention plans to achieve favorable outcomes
• Evaluate home environment for hazards or barriers
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care

📋 Requirements

• Current North Carolina Occupational Therapist license
• Minimum one year of recent work as an Occupational Therapist
• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
