• Execute relentless outbound sourcing campaigns across multiple verticals.
• Identify and engage top 1% talent via GitHub, Discord, and X.
• Map talent hubs in AI, data, and infrastructure sectors.
• Track outreach metrics and refine sourcing strategies.

📋 Requirements

• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving startup.
• Technical fluency to assess engineer profiles and GitHub.
• Experience with high-volume sourcing without compromising quality.
• Expertise in creative candidate research beyond LinkedIn.
