💼 About This Role

You'll be Nubank's permanent presence in San Francisco, sourcing and executing crypto and AI acquisitions for a global digital financial platform. This high-autonomy role lets you shape Nubank's international growth agenda by building relationships with founders and investors in the Bay Area ecosystem.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and execute acquihires and acquisitions in crypto/Web3 space
• Build relationships with founders, VCs, and ecosystem intermediaries
• Lead cross-functional execution across CorpDev, Legal, Finance, and business units
• Write high-quality investment and partnership memos for senior leadership

📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years in tech, CorpDev, M&A, investment banking, or venture capital
• Deep familiarity with Bay Area tech and startup ecosystem, especially crypto and AI
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex transactions end-to-end from sourcing to close
• Highly autonomous and self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity and cross-timezone work

• Experience in fintech, crypto, or AI company
• Portuguese or Spanish fluency
• Existing network with crypto/AI founders and VCs
