Description

You'll lead the design and implementation of Hightouch's marketing website, partnering with marketing and design teams to create engaging animations and maintain a design system. Your work will directly shape how customers learn about our AI marketing platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years software/web engineering experience with proficiency in React, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js
• Demonstrated ability to build production-ready web applications in fast-paced environments
• Excellent design taste and obsessive attention to detail
• Proven experience with code-based animations (Motion or GSAP) or collaborating with contractors
• Deep understanding of SEO principles, performance, accessibility, and search optimization

Responsibilities

• Lead design, scoping, and implementation of marketing website projects like new feature pages and blog revamps
• Integrate CMS-powered interfaces (Sanity) for marketer content updates
• Build and maintain a design system for high velocity and UX standards
• Develop engaging animations using Motion and GSAP to enhance product storytelling
• Exercise design judgment and attention to detail to reinforce brand identity
