You'll own the monetization strategy for a subscription-based product within an AI-enabled career platform. You'll optimize free-to-paid conversions through experimentation and data-driven insights. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and own the monetization strategy including pricing and feature gating.
• Run A/B tests to improve LTV, retention, and revenue.

• Partner with design, engineering, and data science teams.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on growth or monetization.
• Proven experience with subscription-based or freemium SaaS/B2C funnels.
• Strong UX intuition to optimize user journeys for conversion.
• Solid understanding of pricing psychology and feature gating.
