Description

In this role, you will partner with global leaders in the nuclear industry on projects that directly influence risk and reliability, plant safety, and regulatory decision-making. You'll develop PRA models, support risk-informed applications, and contribute to next-generation nuclear initiatives while collaborating with a team of experts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent PRA-related experience
• Experience with nuclear plant or advanced nuclear PRA, operations, licensing, or engineering
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to nuclear safety
• Clear and confident communication skills
• 5+ years of PRA experience preferred (10+ for senior-level)

Responsibilities

• Conduct PRA analyses and risk-informed engineering evaluations
• Develop and enhance PRA models for internal events, fire, seismic, and external hazards
• Support licensing and regulatory strategies for plant operations
• Communicate technical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Mentor early-career engineers and contribute to business growth
