You'll embed with customers to uncover complex pain points and translate insights into scalable solutions. This is a highly cross-functional role shaping how healthcare organizations operate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for core product modules.
• Partner with customers to uncover workflows and pain points.
• Translate field insights into actionable requirements and roadmap.
• Drive full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management in enterprise SaaS or AI/automation.
• Proven ability to own a product area end-to-end.
• Strong technical fluency to engage on APIs and AI workflows.
• Excellent customer-facing skills for user research and insight translation.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience building or deploying AI/LLM-powered products in production.
• Domain expertise in healthcare, life sciences, or biotech.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks or workflow orchestration tools.
