Description

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed strategies for bikeshare and scooter markets, leveraging analytics to improve fleet management, operations, pricing, and infrastructure investments. You will tackle complex challenges in micromobility and directly impact decision-making.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years experience in data analytics in high-growth environment (consulting, operations, or transportation/logistics preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Highly skilled in SQL and quantitative analysis
• Ability to develop scalable approaches and data visualizations; dashboard building experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfort with ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams on deep-dive analyses to root cause issues and propose solutions
• Develop frameworks, business logic, and scalable processes for reporting and decision-making
• Forecast operational requirements to maintain service levels and meet contractual/financial targets
• Deliver data quickly and accurately to city partners
• Monitor KPI performance and present findings to senior leadership
