Description

You will own the startup community engagement strategy, building relationships with developer communities, accelerators, and founder networks. You'll deliver high-impact events and programs to grow Nebius' presence in the AI startup ecosystem, working cross-functionally to drive measurable results.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years in community management or partnerships, with 1.5+ years in startup ecosystems
• Proven ability to build partnerships in AI/startup ecosystem
• Experience executing community programs and events
• Strong understanding of AI/startup landscape and developer needs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage ecosystem partnerships with accelerators, universities, and developer communities
• Design and deliver scalable community-driven programs for AI startups
• Lead high-impact events: meetups, workshops, hackathons, summits
• Drive startup pipeline through cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing
• Measure and optimize community success using KPIs like lead generation and pipeline contribution
