💼 About This Role

You'll manage and expand relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional traders across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. You will drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and cross-selling in a fast-growing crypto ecosystem acting as a trusted advisor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage VIP client portfolio including HNWIs, institutional traders, and crypto funds
• Lead onboarding, retention, and relationship development activities
• Drive revenue growth through increased trading volume and cross-selling
• Develop targeted regional strategies across Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in relationship management or institutional sales in fintech/crypto
• Strong track record of managing high-value client portfolios with measurable revenue impact
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and data-driven tracking
• Fluency in English required

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to African markets, Swiss financial services, or Pakistan’s fintech/crypto ecosystem
• Additional languages such as French, Arabic, German, Swahili, etc.
