🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead regional go-to-market strategy for Canada and Mexico.
• Drive end-to-end launch excellence across product and retailer activations.
• Represent regional needs in global planning discussions.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams with brand, sales, and creative teams.

📋 Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish speaking
• 8–10+ years of go-to-market or commercial marketing experience in beauty/CPG
• Proven success leading regional or multi-market brand strategy
• Strong understanding of Canada and Mexico consumer dynamics
