Description

You will lead a team of account executives and account managers targeting F1000 customers, developing strategic sales plans, and expanding the customer base in the payments space. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive revenue growth for Marqeta's modern card issuing and processing solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of Enterprise Technology experience in sales and account management within payments
  • 5+ years managing teams with track record of developing high-performing AEs/AMs
  • Experience selling complex, multi-product technology platform solutions to Enterprise customers
  • Industry expertise in Payments, Retail, Fintech and Banking
  • Track record of delivering YoY new logo bookings and expanding in-year revenue

Responsibilities

  • Lead team of 5+ Account Executives and Account Managers targeting F1000 customers
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers in enterprise organizations
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to align on customer needs
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
