As a Travel Nurse Recruiter at Aya Healthcare, you will build relationships with healthcare professionals interested in travel careers, guiding them through opportunities and providing exceptional service. You'll proactively recruit, qualify candidates, and help them understand the benefits of travel healthcare while meeting recruiting goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience in sales or staffing considered
• Minimum 1+ year success in a sales, staffing agency, or metrics-driven role
• Obsessed with creating great experiences for travel healthcare professionals
• Outside the box thinker
• Career oriented with desire for advancement

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for short-term assignments
• Proactively contact and recruit prospective candidates to establish relationships and qualify them for job opportunities
