💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow an SDR team, building outbound motions for a fast-growing healthcare AI startup. You'll own pipeline metrics, coach the team, and drive top-of-funnel growth across target specialties and health systems. This role offers autonomy in a mission-driven environment with strong executive visibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of SDRs focused on pipeline generation
  • Own team metrics: meetings booked, pipeline created, SQO volume and quality
  • Build and iterate on outbound sequences, messaging playbooks, and prospecting workflows
  • Run structured 1:1s, call reviews, and team trainings to raise performance

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, ideally as top-performing SDR or AE
  • 1–2 years of people management experience leading an SDR or inside sales team
  • Coaching-first mindset with focus on developing people
  • Strong command of outbound fundamentals including sequencing, messaging, and pipeline hygiene

✨ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with healthcare ecosystems, EHRs, and speciality practices
  • Experience with Outreach, Gong, Apollo, SFDC, and Notion
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve outbound workflows
