💼 About This Role

You'll support the delivery of reproductive health care services at Planned Parenthood of the Pacific Southwest in Escondido, CA. You'll assist clinicians by providing testing, screening, and education, ensuring high-quality, efficient care in a non-judgmental manner. This role combines back-office clinical duties with front-office support.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Obtain medical history, interview and educate clients ensuring informed consent.
• Perform basic lab work (Hgb, pregnancy test, urine dipsticks, venipuncture, injections).
• Obtain vital signs and clean/sterilize equipment and stock exam rooms.
• Greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and assess client finances.

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited medical assistant program or CNA program, or 2 years comparable clinical back office experience.
• Experience in Women's Healthcare preferred or 2 years as a health educator, STD/HIV prevention counselor, or family planning educator.
