Description

You will own the end-to-end design of complex customer solutions built on Hootsuite's social media management platform, focusing on integrations and workflows. You'll act as the bridge between customer-facing teams and Product/Tech, translating client needs into technical architectures and actionable briefs. Your work will directly shape strategic solutions and influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or similar role in a SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with integration-heavy solutions involving APIs, webhooks, SSO, and data pipelines.
• Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot), contact center tools (Zendesk, ServiceNow), marketing automation, CDP/DMP, or BI tools.
• Solid understanding of modern web and SaaS architectures: RESTful APIs, microservices, event-driven workflows.
• Ability to translate technical possibilities into business impacts and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in strategic client meetings and discovery workshops to understand business objectives and constraints.
• Design end-to-end solutions leveraging platform capabilities and integrating with external systems (CRM, marketing automation, data warehouses).
• Produce architecture artefacts: solution blueprints, sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams, configuration guides.
• Translate client needs into structured briefs for Product and Engineering with clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Act as design authority during implementation, ensuring adherence to architecture and best practices.
