Description

You will build relationships with clinical partners in the Tucson community to connect people to life-saving mental health treatment, driving market penetration through meetings with patients, parents, and providers.

Requirements

• Based in Tucson, AZ
• Fluent in English
• 1-4 years proven sales experience, owning overachieving KPIs preferred
• Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation 4-5 days/week
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Lead field meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and cement partnerships
• Design strategies to support and engage referral partners across different channels
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
