Description

You'll maintain and support IT systems across multi-site manufacturing locations, ensuring reliable operation of servers, desktops, and networks. You'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and deploy **technical solutions** that drive **business efficiency** in a fast-growing industrial company.

Requirements

• **3–5 years** administering IT systems in a manufacturing setting preferred
• **Microsoft technologies** including Windows 10/11, Server, Active Directory, M365, Azure
• **CAD/Engineering software** support experience (SolidWorks, Catia, NX, MATLAB)
• **Networking** concepts and troubleshooting with 3–5 years hands-on experience

• Maintain, configure, and reliably operate computer systems
• Design, deploy, and document technical solutions to business problems
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software errors
• Lead desktop and helpdesk support for timely issue resolution
