You will act as a strategic finance partner to regional GTM leaders, driving financial planning, budgeting, and performance management to support efficient growth across regions. This role combines hands-on finance with cross-functional leadership, influencing resource allocation and strategic decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in finance business partnering with GTM or sales organizations
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
• Proficiency in financial planning and analysis
• Experience with headcount and OPEX planning

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary finance partner to regional GTM leader/CMO
• Lead regional annual planning process including headcount, OPEX, and program investments
• Advise on investment decisions, headcount planning, territory expansion, and resource allocation
• Drive financial rigor and provide data-driven recommendations to support growth objectives
• Oversee budget and financial performance for the region
