You'll lead business development and project execution for ports and terminals across North America with full ownership of go-to-market strategy. You'll build a national pipeline, hire your team, and shape new service lines like port decarbonization, all backed by PE-funded capital and executive access.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop go-to-market strategy for ports and terminals
• Build national pipeline with port authorities and operators
• Lead capture and proposal development for large programs
• Hire and develop client account managers

📋 Requirements

• 12–20+ years in AEC sector with ports/terminals BD leadership
• Deep relationships with port authorities and terminal operators in priority regions
• Fluency in integrated services like structural, geotechnical, coastal, permitting, dredging
• Bachelor's in engineering or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
• Advanced degree (MBA/MS) or board certifications
• Experience with alternative delivery and complex teaming
