You'll lead technical pre-sales campaigns and design solutions for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients using the Klaviyo platform. Your work will drive revenue outcomes and establish technical credibility in Italy's growing market. This is a founding role in Klaviyo's Italian expansion.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead technical pre-sales campaigns end-to-end
  • Conduct deep technical discovery on prospects' architectures
  • Deliver custom demos and workshops for developers
  • Build integration specs and reusable pre-sales assets

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 7+ years as a Solutions Architect or Engineer
  • 5+ years with web languages (JavaScript, Node.js, React) and REST APIs
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with integration frameworks or developer tooling
  • Familiarity with Italian ecommerce or retail brands
  • Knowledge of Klaviyo or comparable B2C CRM platforms
