🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end creation of AI characters including LoRA training and refinement
• Develop and enhance character profiles using AI tools
• Test and evaluate AI-generated characters for consistency and quality
• Research emerging AI techniques to improve character generation pipelines

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in creative, technical, or AI-driven roles
• Hands-on expertise in LoRA training and generative AI workflows
• Strong creative judgment for selecting character traits and visual identities
• Fluent English for collaboration and technical discussion

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Kohya SS, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, or similar AI pipelines
• Exposure to internet culture and engagement-driven content creation
