• Understand prospect needs and match them with perfect home features.
• Proactively hunt and capture leads through networking and open houses.
• Guide prospects through the Havenpark Sales Matrix and close deals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of products, competition, and market demographics.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (real estate, new home, or B2C).
• Flexibility to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office.
