Description

Lead and evolve Robinhood's core People Systems, with a strong focus on Workday. You'll balance hands-on technical work with managing a distributed team, drive integrations and solution design, and partner cross-functionally to deliver scalable HR technology solutions that support rapid company growth.

Requirements

• 7+ years progressive People Systems or HRIS experience including 2+ in people management
• 4+ years hands-on Workday experience with strong expertise in Core HCM
• Proven experience with Workday integrations including EIBs and Workday Studio preferred
• Familiarity with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse and/or Ashby
• Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills

• Lead and evolve core People Systems with focus on Workday
• Act as hands-on technical leader driving configuration, integrations, and solution design
• Manage and develop a distributed team of FTE and contractors
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, Finance, and Engineering
• Design, build, and maintain integrations within People tech stack
