Description

You will lead the QA team for Coupang Eats, setting the vision and strategy for quality assurance, implementing robust QA processes, and driving test automation to ensure 99.99% product availability. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA into the software development lifecycle and continuously improve methodologies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software QA experience
• Deep understanding of QA processes and test techniques
• Experience leading QA teams in fast-paced Agile environments
• Broad experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
