Description

You will lead end-to-end sales engagements with large enterprise commercial fleets, prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, and closing deals worth $1.2M to $2.4M in total contract value. You'll work cross-functionally to execute account strategies and achieve aggressive sales goals in a fast-growing fleet safety company.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in complex quota-carrying enterprise sales with $500k+ ARR opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
  • Experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or target account selling
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
  • Bachelor's degree required; travel 25%+

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed sales goals and accurately forecast business
  • Develop territory and account execution strategies
  • Conduct targeted outbound prospecting of strategic accounts
  • Own customer engagements including discovery, qualification, pilot management, and negotiation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (field engineering, solutions engineering, marketing, etc.) and SDR partners
