💼 About This Role

You'll define technical sales at Reevo by building the SE motion from scratch. You'll partner with sales, product, and engineering to win complex deals through deep technical discovery and creative solution architecture. This role is ideal for someone energized by early-stage ambiguity and building the blueprint for solution engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Run deep technical discovery sessions with prospective customers.
  • Design scalable technical architectures tailored to customer use cases.
  • Build customized workflow prototypes and data models for demos.
  • Navigate product gaps and provide feedback to product and engineering.

📋 Requirements

  • 4+ years of Solutions Engineering or similar B2B SaaS role.
  • Experience partnering with sales teams on complex deal cycles.
  • Strong skills in technical demos, discovery, and solution architecture.
  • Comfort with APIs, integrations, workflows, and data models.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting RFPs, security reviews, or technical validation.
  • Passion for building in fast-paced startup environments.
