💼 About This Role

You'll identify cosmetic imperfections and perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles at Carvana's Inspection Center in a fast-paced production environment. You'll help ensure every car meets our quality standards before reaching customers. Training programs are available to advance your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Identify cosmetic imperfections and repairs pre-reconditioning
• Inspect vehicles post-paint process
• Perform prepping, sanding, and masking of vehicles

📋 Requirements

• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with weather exposure
• Wear required safety equipment (goggles, gloves, etc.)
