💼 About This Role

You'll lead engineering execution for the Channels and Platform team, owning delivery, developer experience, and people development. Your core impact is unblocking engineers and owning the weekly cadence so our Engineering Leadership can focus on strategy. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, low-process startup environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own weekly cadence for Channels and Analytics delivery
• Unblock engineers proactively before issues escalate
• Write and maintain technical debt plans with engineers
• Run 1:1s that leave engineers with clearer thinking
• Coach senior engineers toward growth and management

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years managing engineers in product-delivery capacity
• Based in European timezone (UTC to UTC+3)
• Startup or scale-up experience with no safety net
• Technical credibility - credible to senior engineers
• AI/LLM fluency - understands agentic systems and evals

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with security, compliance, or SOC-adjacent work
• Worked in a product company without dedicated TPM
• Experience managing senior engineers as thought partner
