📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of instructional design experience in a SaaS environment.
• Proven facilitation skills in virtual and classroom settings.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Proficiency with eLearning and content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Captivate).
