You'll drive software contract renewals for Kaseya's MSP customer base in a go-to-market role. Your core impact will be increasing renewal rates and identifying upsell opportunities during the renewal process. This role is based in Brickell, Miami with a collaborative team environment.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Drive renewal conversations to increase retention and upsell opportunities
  • Partner with Account Management to identify risk factors and support execution
  • Ensure accurate documentation and forecasting of renewals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support contract resolution

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
  • Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Direct experience managing software contract renewals
  • Proven ability to drive retention outcomes

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end to end
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
