๐ผ About This Role
You'll drive software contract renewals for Kaseya's MSP customer base in a go-to-market role. Your core impact will be increasing renewal rates and identifying upsell opportunities during the renewal process. This role is based in Brickell, Miami with a collaborative team environment.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Drive renewal conversations to increase retention and upsell opportunities
- Partner with Account Management to identify risk factors and support execution
- Ensure accurate documentation and forecasting of renewals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support contract resolution
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years experience in renewals, account management, or customer success
- Experience in a B2B or SaaS environment
- Direct experience managing software contract renewals
- Proven ability to drive retention outcomes
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience managing subscription or contract renewals end to end
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
