You'll lead scheduling, progress measurement, and Earned Value Management for large-scale capital projects using Primavera P6. You'll validate contractor progress, conduct schedule forensics, and support data-driven project delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and manage resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6
• Validate contractor-reported physical progress and earned value
• Perform schedule forensics and what-if scenario planning
• Analyze performance indicators (SPI, LPI) and create executive reports

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of scheduling and project controls experience
• 5+ years on mega-projects in semiconductor, oil & gas, energy, or EPC
• Advanced expertise in Primavera P6, CPM, and EVM
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

✨ Nice to Have

• PMI certifications or related project controls certifications
• Proficiency with Power Query and database tools
